Existing Cannabis Business Support
We provide comprehensive assistance to existing cannabis businesses, helping them strengthen social equity initiatives, retain quality staff, and ensure long-term success. Our efforts also include fostering meaningful community engagement between current operators and the neighborhoods they serve.Workforce Development
We design and deliver workforce training programs that align with the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. Through strategic partnerships—such as with Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC)—we support reimbursement opportunities and on-the-job training to empower job seekers and build career pathways.Jobs Board
We are launching a dedicated jobs board to connect residents—especially those in SPK (Shared Prosperity Kalamazoo) neighborhoods—with employment opportunities in the cannabis sector.
